Seating is guaranteed to advance ticket holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre staff. There will be no further admittance 10 minutes after the start of the screening.

We encourage you to leave large bags and items at home or to arrange storage elsewhere as we are not able to offer bag check on these items. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the auditorium seats. An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

Enfants : All patrons must have a ticket for entry. For most performances*, children under 2 may enter without paid admission, when accompanied by an adult - subject to venue capacity. Please see door staff for a babe in arms pass. Accessibilite : Wheelchair and Companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement. Companion seats are provided beside the wheelchair space, additional companion seats may be purchased nearby.

If a person requires companion seating, accessible seating and/or a mobility device, they are asked to please call the TIFF Box Office in advance of their screening at 416-599-2033 or 1-888-258-8433.

The front entrance of the building includes an accessible door on the west side of the entrance. Two public elevators are located in the atrium and provide access to each floor of the building. There are accessible, gender neutral public washrooms available on the first, second, and third floors.

If a person is unable to wait in the queue due to a disability, a Lobby Pass may be requested at the Box Office, which grants you access to our designated waiting area. We encourage patrons to call the Box Office in advance to request a Lobby Pass. Space is limited.
